First time visiting Downtown Chicago please advise

Hello ladies and gentlemen

I just arrived in Chicago and this is my first visit. Im feeling overwhelmed by the choices of Areas to stay. There also seems like quite a bit to do. Would love some input on what not to
miss and best areas to stay. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
