Anyone know where I can find a provider w/a Milking Table?

It’s on my bucket list. I have seen it in videos and read about it but that is one thing I haven’t done-yet. I may only do it once or it may become my new favorite activity (I’ve heard good things). Does anyone know if a provider who offers it? I may have to plan a trip to Dallas because I know there are some ladies there who specialize in that. Any info? Suggestions? Experience? Comments?
