verified provider but system not allowing me to start new thread

I am a verified provider,however the system is not letting me start a new thread to post an ad in the provider section or in the weekend line up section, what should I do? it will let me post in introduction

It looks like you've been gone since January of this year so the system inactivated you. I will resubmit for your VP status. Hopefully you will be restored today.

The staff will do it for you. All you have to do is wait anywhere from 24-48hrs for the change to occur. It could be sooner.
