You are forgetting about the other tenants.
She wasn't operating out the rocks, it was the N Hills.
I know I bitched and with good reason you guys beating her down with reviews buy I think it is a toss up as to the reviews or the other tenants.
Perhaps she was just evicted because someone complained to the LL, and decided to find green grass elsewhere.
Just a few reviews wouldn't hurt her but you guys didnt do that, for awhile it was review after review.
