I vote LC's and BB's Lawnside .

Two of the articles I read about the fire indicated the water pressure was very low and caused problems trying to douse the blaze. Will Mr. Gates ask the City of Independence why that happened and have a case for damages?

LC's is the best if you don't mind a little rat shit in your brisket. Best all around (all menu items) is KC Joe's (formerly Oklahoma Joe's) I still remember about 8 years or so ago the KC Star did an article on LC's 32 health code violations. I had probably had 500 lbs of their brisket over the years. Was sick to my stomach for a year, then the cravings took over and I was back.

Gates is fun to send tourists to becuase they have no idea why they're being yelled at. Joes is my overall favorite, but Q 39 is rising fast.
