hearsay

I've always assumed (and I've told others) that LE can't go after prostitutes based on reviews of them. So I visit Boobsy and report that she gives great ****, loves it up the *** and only costs $$$ and there is a cop lurking on the board and reads this review; they can't go after Boopsy based on what I wrote. Right? It's only hearsay.

The OP might want to read this long-running sticky thread:

Can a review be used as evidence in a prostitution case?

The review is a statement against interest (an exception to the hearsay rule) but it would be very tough for the State to prove you wrote the review unless you were dumb enough to admit to it and SJ already said that.

You/We/I witness a lot of stupid on this board in the forums. Some of these dolts here would not have a chance against even the most inexperienced investigator because they cannot STFU.
