A quiet place to hangout...

So I rarely go out and have a lil rendevous with an old friend tomorrow night. So im trying to find a nice quiet chill place to have a drink. Nothing real fancy shes quick to be turned off by bourgeois behavior but I wouldlike a place better than the grasshoper, josies or windjammers lol my old haunts. Any suggestions, just good music, not extremely loud and a stiff drink. I was thinking an ultra lounge but im not sure if what I think it is, is what it actually is and I dont want to be hassled for being in jeans...
