Thought I'd share for those who are like me & hardly look at the national board.

Stay safe out there!

Interesting note. Backpage wasn't effected, only CEO. And a couple other bigwigs. He was charged only with pimping. And it wasn't feds, only California. It looks like after a three year investigation, the only charge they can get is pimping. Looks like a witch-hunt to me.

A not so subtle reminder from your Uncle Sam that internet sites based in Texas (lookin' at you, ECCIE) are not immune from enforcement.

BUT.... If the guy's mugshot is any indicator, he's a sketchy Ed Hardy shirt-wearin' D-Bag who was going to get clipped for something shady eventually anyways.

They arrested him in Houston when he arrived from Amsterdam - explains the smug yet still feelin' groovy mugshot...

A first year law student could win this...in a fair fight.

This concept would make a lot of CEOs criminally liable for a lot of shit.

Just the business of politics, grinding along.

The link worked for me..there are a lot of implications..
And.. in REALITY ..he will buy his way through..trust me , he has been more than prepared for something of this nature for a very long time...
Charging Backpage with trafficking is like charging a hotel with trafficking, like charging a street corner with trafficking
Wonder if this makes Brandon Wade's butt hole pucker up a bit.
