You did not post them using the encounter form so they do not show up in the moderators que.If you look at the top there will be two tabs New Thread New Encounter Report
You posted them as New Thread. plus posted twice same review and it was less than 90 days since your last review of her and thus does not qualify for Premium access.
I removed one review with no date.
