i dont need a room, i was fortunate to get myself comped as well, but... i just looked at your ad. if they allow you, i would edit the part about the resort fees. thats one of the bigger selling points of that place, no resort fees.
it may help to help you sell it.
post it on a sema board too. it may be better off having someone thats not a part of "this world" to buy it from you.
