Anyone know any good Mortgage Brokers for a refinance deal?
Two years ago I knew of three. All have since disappeared. I also have a friend who does some as a side. Or did. She says that business pretty much died in January when rates got "too high". (We bought our first house when FHA rates were 15%, although they were down to 12% by the time we closed. This was in the early 80s)
So, no. Most of the good ones quit. If somebody asks for front money, give them some $100 Monopoly bills.
