Does anyone know what this is for? I tried GOOGLEing and get sites in Polish and German.
I'm trying to install a screensaver. I installed it with no dialogue box on an older computer that had the same firewall, but didn't prompt me for a decision.
But on my new laptop with Windows 7, the firewall prompt says:
ATI RADEON 9700 Moebius Strip Screen Savaer may be trying to prevent "Wise Stub Reboot" from running each time your computer is started by modifying the registry key: HKCU\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOW S\CURRENTVERSION\RUN
Is Wise Stub Reboot something important that shouldn't be prevented from running?
