I'm guessing that she used the same template as Chica had mentioned, but those types of sites generally have a small number of templates to choose from. That is exactly why I chose to develop mine on my own. :-)

I would think that an email would have been the place to start. I know that when I caught a local provider of copying my text and advertising I initially contacted her through email. She pretended that she had no idea what I was talking about but then after blogging about her on my website she stopped. Of course a lot of the wording on her new site has been written by others...
