Me being a good friend that I am and helping ppl get started in this business have stolen my entire bag which included my phone which is my only access to the world ...I'm extremely sorry if I missed appointments I had no way of being in touch w and now till Wednesday I will only being doing OUTCALLS

Wow, that really sucks! Just some advice to help you...if you ever get in a jam again...you can always PM or email a MOD to post something, so your clients aren't left hanging. Hope you get things back on track!
