Oh, it's important. But providers, especially the ones from Eastern Europe, where dental care is at a minimum, will get very pissed off and bombard you with threatening text. But, if it's any consolation, the lack of teeth makes those providers part of the BJ hall of fame.

BBBJ aside, poor dental care leads to gum disease and that can smell worse than a nasty snatch.F teeth are missing, it's advanced. I wouldn't want a nasty mouth like for BBBJ.
