Manjusha (Manju) Kulkarni is a racial justice attorney and activist who has worked on behalf of communities of color for the past twenty years to bring about progressive social change.

she ignores the fact that there are abuses with the hb1 visa porogram.
Wasn't the prior guy supposed to something about the H1B abuses, or the companies that left the US to get away from paying taxes? Remember Jeffery Immelt of GE was on the jobs council....oh, right.

the truth .. this was on 60 Minutes just last month.

http://www.cbsnews.com/videos/60-min...american-jobs/

there has been a salary loophole in the visa program from the very beginning .. and i expect put there on purpose. to remove Americans from high paying jobs and replace them with cheap labor.

some years back, Home Depot did exactly that .. while paying their butthead CEO millions .. they laid off most of their IT staff at several critical locations like Austin and Atlanta. a buddy of mine was laid off. as the 60 minutes story says .. they were required to train their replacements to get their severance. oh they trained them alright .. badly on purpose. they altered tech documents with incorrect and false info, put bugs in source code, one sys admin even planted "time bombs" on several unix servers in the job schedule to have them reboot at random times during the day. bahhaaa

it's the law faggot.

or didn't you know that?

here is the short version dipshit

II. AVOIDING CO-EMPLOYMENT ISSUES WITH SUBCONTRACTORS
General contractors should avoid creating a co-employment relationship with a subcontractor, because this may cause the general contractor to be held liable for the subcontractor's failure to comply with federal immigration and other employment laws. To avoid co-employment issues with a subcontractor, general contractors should do the following

Don't continue to use a subcontractor if you know the contractor employs illegal immigrants: Under IRCA, a contractor who knows its subcontractor is employing illegal immigrants will be treated the same as a contractor who actually employed unauthorized workers itself

bahhaha

looking the other way doesn't make you guiltless .. shit for brains.
