Are you smoking, deep-frying or roasting your turkey this year? If you are smoking or roasting what brine's are you using? If you are deep-frying are you using a store bought injection or have you developed your own.

I'm deep frying but the family is wanting to try a more bland butter,garlic injection rather that the spicy Cajun that i have used in the past.

Any suggestions?

The butter garlic is excellent. Also coat the insde and outside with galic salt and black pepper.

One family member is deep-frying a turkey and I think he uses a store-bought cajun injection. I'm also smoking a ham with a maple-syrup glaze. Gotta have options...

Roasting.. oldschool. Stuffed with onions oranges and lemons and slathered in herb butter.

I must say, once I tried the deep fried turkey I never went back.
