Any good vegan/farm-to-table spots in Albany/Hudson Valley/Westchester please?!

It's been a while but I'm looking for any restaurant recommendations.

Try the Next Door Kitchen and Bar in Ballston spa ��

Not from Albany but the Hudson Valley is littered with Farms and Farm to Table. Hudson NY is a great spot close to Albany, however the midhudson region is the best for food in the Valley.

Saugerties - Miss Lucy’s
Woodstock - Silvia
Hudson - Grazin Spirits
Rhinebeck - Terrapin
Kingston - Outdated
Newburgh - Liberty St Bistro or Mama Roux (don’t fall for the water front)
New Paltz - the Huckleberry
Poughkeepsie - Mill House Brewing Company

Westchester is loaded as well but I’m not as well versed

All restaurants listed should have solid vegan options as well. Terrapin especially

Chez Mike in east Greenbush is farm to table and has vegan options. Great place in general

A little advertising, and of course everyone needs dinner.
