The quality seems rather poor at least on the few I have looked at. Obviously, both the customer and the arrested workers are seen on the videos.

Owner William H has been in a Phoenix jail for 3 years on $100,000 bond not raised, since the June 20, 2013 raid and arrest of William and 16 gals. The other 15 have taken felony plea deals for probation instead of the 1-5 years in prison under Arizona mandatory sentencing.
There is one alleged sexual assault charged on William - a bad situation with one gal. Otherwise, all consenting adults.
In my view, the evidence is overwhelming it was prostitution trying to hide as a studio. This argument has been tried in the past in Phoenix and all were lost.
However, now the customer videos have been released to the public to try and justify his argument.
