What's there to do in ATL?...

Particularly near Midtown? Any suggestions would be great. I'm here on business for a week. Any good clubs or bars? Anything that I absolutely must see? I really appreciate any advice.

There are great ladies in ATL. Search function here is your friend.

For food, there are plenty of upscale restaurants. For good drink, every Taco Mac has 80-100 beers on tap. And good, reasonable priced food.

For strip clubs, you are in a mecca! Tattletale is mentioned in the Motley Crue song. The Cheetah is in Midtown, and pretty upscale. Good service and beautiful dancers at both.

If you're not driving, take MARTA to the Lindbergh station, then take a taxi south (down the hill) to Tattletale. Short ride. You'll pass by the Gold Bar, which is where the infamous (or maybe famous, lol) Gold Club (including scandal) was located. It's just a regular bar now.

For the Cheetah, go to the Midtown station. Then walk west (down the hill) till you get to Spring Street. Then go south (still downhill) past a Publix and you can't miss it.

No matter what part of Atlanta you're in (except maybe southeast, which is Clayton County) you should be able to find a club. Use Google and see what you find.

Melissa Wolfe (Penthouse Pet) is supposed to be at Bliss or 24K Club, not sure what they call it now. That's not too far from Tattletale.

The clubs in Atlanta are great, and there are many fine looking and savvy women. All this said, I've gotta recommend staying somewhat sober and keeping your wits about you. Going VIP in Atlanta can be very expensive.

Good Post Harry. A couple of notes: to go to the Tale or any of the other Buckhead tittie bars I'd just take a cab directly from Midtown. Won't cost much more & save you a lot of time/hassle.

Cheetah is really nice looking women not a whole lot of bump & grind or "extras." Although depending on where you are from you may think it is great.

Tattletales, Follies, Doll House, Kamals 21 (black), Onyx (mostly black), all a lot more "hands on"

Club 24K/Bliss is now/was/is sometimes/who knows(???) a gay/male strip club.

All these places on Cheshire Bridge/Piedmont Rd are not that far apart but not close enough (except Tattletale/Kamals) you'd want to walk between them.

Interesting info about Club24K/Bliss. Never been there, just looked on Ms Wolf's website. She's the one that had an escort bust inside her gated Gwinnett County community.

I wonder if the club has been through several transitions, as some have. A review of it at TUSCL indicates female dancers are there. But you're probably a local, and I believe what you say.

Re: 24K/Bliss - they have undergone several ownership/management/format changes in the last year or so. At one point they had male dancers. I have not been back since I heard word of this. I cannot verify the scene as of March 2012

Also of note: Tiffany's/Diamond Showclub on Northside Dr (just off 75) took an all male revue turn about 2 years ago but my understanding is that was short lived and is now back to being medicore women (IMHO, & this goes for 24/Bliss too, if they just got better women in there it would solve many business problems).

Melissa Wolf (or Lisa) - had the pleasure of meeting her several times when she bartended at The Dollhouse (which is about a mile down the street from Bliss).

My understanding is she is no longer there. I was unaware she had moved on to Bliss.

It goes without saying the who's where/what's hot is very fluid in the titty bar world, but if I had to speculate, Harry, I'd say your source just confused Dollhouse & Bliss which probably happens relatively often. There are about 6 clubs all within about a 2 miles stoll on Cheshire Bridge/Piedmont Rd & they do kind of all run together after awhile.

If you go to strip club, go to follies. to me that is the best club to go to. there also things like the coca cola museum, the cnn center and other things.

Gold Rush, which is close to airport
Pink Pony and Diamonds (or Tiffanys..cant keep the name straight on that one) are both in town.
The Cheetah is also in town, and it may be the highest end club there is.
