privacy while using eccie/SA/P411 ? tor ? i2p ? what else

I have always being using the sites with tor for most of my "needs"

recently however I always keep getting the "cloudflare" security captcha check,,

are there any other ways than tor/i2p to use ? Please dont tell me to use a VPN which I pay with my personal real-world CC

Is this a recent problem? I use Tor exclusively and have not been pestered with any captchas.
