Making a thread to see if it's just something silly I'm missing, or a larger issue. It also says I can upload via image address, but there's nowhere to enter it!

It's been days (maybe months) of struggling with this! I tried another browser to no avail. I'll go to upload a photo to my showcase and it says "saved bio" and brings me to my bio page, with the image not added/uploaded.
