I have a quick question. If I get caught with a hooker in the car and we aren’t doing anything can I get arrested? I mean it may seem like a dumb question but they are on to her.

Yes, you can literally get arrested for anything.

The question is, can you be convicted of a crime (solicitation) just because you have a hooker in the car? It's your word against the cop. I'll give you a hint who the judge will likely believe.
