Review on mobile

How do you do a review on m.eccie.net the mobile version? The new review button on shows up on full site

I'm not sure about m.eccie but I wouldn't recommend posting a review using a phone

You just answered your own question.
I only use the mobile version but have to click on "full site" to reveal the review button.
Once the review is submitted I go back to using the mobile version.
