Is there a correlation between that size of a ladies lips (face) and the other ones? My research has been inconclusive.

Are you asking if there is a correlation between the size of the female's lips and the labia minora?

I don't know. Why would you think that there would be a connection indicating the size of these two?

I have girlfriend who uses the analogy of big feet=big penis to argue that big lips=big labia. I haven't seen this to be true and am just trying to draw anecdotal data from the collective "wisdom" on this board.

I've seen women (IRL, not in the hobby) that have meaty lips downstairs with normal lips up top and vice versa.

The only possible correlation between lips and anything else that I've heard of, was that a high percentage of women with little to no upper lip are lesbian.

I haven't really noticed a correlation linking the lip sizes, but I will begin to take note. What I have found interesting over the years are the ladies who are very unhappy with large "lips". I remember a Howard Stern show where he was interviewing a girl that he had set up for a lip reduction surgery because she was traumatized by their size.
