why was my alert taken off

I recently wrote an alert on a guy that shorted me my donation and it was pulled. May I ask why was it pulled? I believe that it should of stayed up because everyone should know about this douche bag but yet his revengeful and false review stays up it just isn't right to me. If I said something that shouldn't been said it could of been edited or closed but its just not fair how it should of been taken down. I wrote my alert right after it happened and he even stated in my alert that he wasn't going to write one but after he noticed that I continued to express myself he decided to write one a really bad one at that
