I let my premium access expire and need to reup

This happen to me last time. I emailed to get the address to send payment to and it came back as undelivered. Please advise. I did not keep the address from before.

In hopes of getting this resolved I went ahead and sent the picture and other requested info with it but it just came back as undelivered.
