Come on Bambino,
What they ruled against was the Gov exercising power he did not have.

Smallpox was successfully eradicated in 1980 after a global vaccination campaign by the World Health Organization. After the terrorist events of September and October 2001, the U.S. government initiated a campaign to immunize the American military and civilian first-responders in the event of an intentional release of the smallpox virus (1). From December through April 2003, smallpox vaccine was administered to 29,584 civilians and 365,000 military personnel nationwide (2,3). By March 28, four nonfatal and three fatal myocardial infarctions (MIs) had been reported. Whether these ischemic deaths were vaccine-associated or co-incidental is unclear.

An estimated 300 million people died from smallpox in the 20th century alone. This virulent disease, which kills a third of those it infects, is known to have co-existed with human beings for thousands of years.

Should we not have invented a smallpox vaccination?

Global Smallpox Eradication Program
In 1959, the World Health Organization (WHO) started a plan to rid the world of smallpox. Unfortunately, this global eradication campaign suffered from a lack of funds, personnel, and commitment from countries, and a shortage of vaccine donations. Despite their best efforts, smallpox was still widespread in 1966, causing regular outbreaks across South America, Africa, and Asia.

The Intensified Eradication Program began in 1967 with a promise of renewed efforts. Laboratories in many countries where smallpox occurred regularly were able to produce more, higher-quality freeze-dried vaccine. Other factors that played an important role in the success of the intensified efforts included the development of the bifurcated needle, the establishment of a case surveillance system, and mass vaccination campaigns.

By the time the Intensified Eradication Program began in 1967, smallpox was already eliminated in North America (1952) and Europe (1953). Cases were still occurring in South America, Asia, and Africa (smallpox was never widespread in Australia). The Program made steady progress toward ridding the world of this disease, and by 1971 smallpox was eradicated from South America, followed by Asia (1975), and finally Africa (1977

Talcum Powder and Cancer
What is talcum powder?
Talcum powder is made from talc, a mineral made up mainly of the elements magnesium, silicon, and oxygen. As a powder, it absorbs moisture well and helps cut down on friction, making it useful for keeping skin dry and helping to prevent rashes. It is widely used in cosmetic products such as baby powder and adult body and facial powders, as well as in a number of other consumer products.

In its natural form, some talc contains asbestos, a substance known to cause cancers in and around the lungs when inhaled (see Asbestos).

In 1976, the Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrances Association (CTFA), which is the trade association representing the cosmetic and personal care products industry, issued voluntary guidelines stating that all talc used in cosmetic products in the United States should be free from detectable amounts of asbestos according to their standards.

Most concerns about a possible link between talcum powder and cancer have been focused on:

Whether people who have long-term exposure to talc particles at work, such as talc miners, are at higher risk of lung cancer from breathing them in.
Whether women who apply talcum powder regularly in the genital area have an increased risk of ovarian cancer.
I think they can produce safe powder. And if you did the research, you would too.

It's pretty obvious they are trying to make up for their losses by trying to cut in on the Vaccine market. It's hard to sue a manufacturer for adverse side affects from a vaccine. All the vaccines that are out there claiming to prevent Covid-19 are virtually experimental and are not nearly as safe and effective as they claim to be. It's more about money than anything else.

COVID-19 MAR. 30, 2021
CDC Data Suggests Vaccinated Don’t Carry, Can’t Spread Virus

After warning for months that vaccinated people should still be cautious in order to not infect others, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggests they may not be at much risk of transmitting the coronavirus.
“Vaccinated people do not carry the virus — they don’t get sick,” Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the CDC, told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Tuesday. That’s “not just in the clinical trials, but it’s also in real-world data.”
Now whether on chooses to believe that, that's up to you. So why are Biden and Pelosi and all the other vaccinated Democrats still wearing masks? In solidarity with those who should continue to wear a mask is the only "rational" explanation. They want, by their actions, to encourage everybody, vaccinated or not to continue wearing masks.
