Omaha newbie friendlies?

Any suggestions on newbie friendly ladies that are also good for references? Seen 3 ladies so far 1 was 2 years ago, 1 was from backpages and some providers don't accept those, and the other doesn't remember me. So I am 0 for 3 so far.
