supply/demand

I see a few providers are here in the Orlando area, I travel a lot and would not mind helping a couple of ladies out. The donations in the area, and all around in general, are getting higher and higher while the hobbies paychecks are not getting higher. I understand we all want all that we can get, but is it time for a little help from our friends?
