Was in Hsinchu a few years ago and coworker handed me a hand written address (in chinese) for a type of strip club. The girls would dance clothed then tour the room looking for private dance that consisted of her sitting in your lap and you paid X to touch above the waist or Y to touch below.
Was there many years ago and cab driver we used to get from Taipei to Hsinchu would always offer to take us to "special show".
Do places like that still exist and how do you find them?
