Question for Eccie Addict, Col. Zodiak, LaStang

Is it ok to change the name and post contents of posters without clearly stating so. In prior years we could not for obvious reasons.

I'm not talikg about calling people names in post replies. I'm talking about changing the posters name and confusing all but the rabid posters in the forum.

I do not care either way but ya'll will have to do a bit more moderating as I am about to tear some of these fuckers that do a new ass in the art of deception in that posting style.

See, I changed the name of the poster and some of his actual comments.

Now that used to be a no no because of obvious reasons. But it seems to be ok as of now. If that is the case just let us know so I can start to throw so shit back their way.

If you want to quote someone and change it up a bit for comic relief, no problem.

BUT, do not change the handle name of the original poster. This can lead to many problems with the wrong person being accused of making a post.

The Sandbox is a bit of a different forum to allow everyone a bit of freedom in their postings. Please, do not abuse this privilege.

If anyone has any further questions about this, let me know.

And if you can point to a specific post where a handle was changed in a quote, I would be interested in knowing that info only.
