How do you stay healthy?

Do you diet? Exercise? Watch your weight?

Do you think this is all a bunch of nonsense and do what you want?

great post Charles!!

I eat healthy -as much as possible..it gets hard when I travel
lots of natural fruits & veggies/smaller amts of red meat/more fish

i also TRY to walk a mile a day

It is always a great idea to eat right & exercise....I have found that my energy level & stamina level are increased in my sessions!
Walking, sex and avoiding fatty foods. More than that, having a large loving family, great friends, a sense of humor.
Stretching, wind sprints, cycling and weight lifting among other things.

Of course eating right is always important… got sushi?
LOL... I'm a 43 year old companion so I better know how to stay healthy and fit!

Yoga (and LOTS of it) works for me combined with a mostly raw/organic diet with plenty of cooked fish (also very low sugar, no dairy, gluten or artificial anything). I truly believe a healthy diet is more than half the battle and workouts are the frosting on the cake (so to speak).

Since I was about 16 my mom has been a big heath freak.. and now so am I!

Wholefoods & Sprouts are my fav stores for a healthy ad balanced meal!! I love natural and organic foods so I only cook at home, or eat at moms- dont eat out anymore as you dont know what they're cooking or whats in what they're cooking. So water, fruit and tons of veggies are what I find myself eating now. I've managed to turn into a vegan somehow, all except Steak. ;-)

I dont exercise which I should, I sexercise (smile) and one piece of chocolate everyday is good for the heart I hear. ;-)

Jaleh---you are so right babe...sexercise is GREAT!!
Eat well. Grilled chicken , fish, salads soups ALOT of water etc. Jog one mile 3x per week; I know some of you may laugh but it's been difficult for me to increase the jogging and I dont know why.
Ultra-premium vodka
I eat meat, vegetables, and chocolate. No grains, a little fruit.

My life is naturally really active, with lots of chopping wood and hauling water and in the winter I often walk 10 miles several times a week. When I'm home, right now I'm stagnating in town and I need to go find a gym or something!

All of that doesn't make me thin thin, but it does keep me really strong and save me from total fatness.

I exercise - Walk six miles two to three times a week. Two or three days a week I go to Bikram yoga. And I try to eat right. Try is the operative word. I avoid sweets or any refined products. Nothing in my house comes from a box. I make everything from scratch. Fried foods are my greatest nemesis.

As for how I stay healthy, I love working out. I love lifting weights and going on the (occasional, since endurance isn't my strongest suit) run with my dog. I also love playing sports, and always try to be involved in some sort of recreational league at all times. I'm not great at consistently eating healthy, since I'm a chocolate lover I do get off track occasionally, but for the most part I eat fairly well. I also haven't been on a scale in over 2 years, I feel that worrying about numbers isn't healthy. As long as my clothing still fits and I feel good, I know I'm doing something right.
