It'll be immaterial soon. NYC will be a relative ghost town. The financial center will be run from a cloud farm in a southern state. Traders and bankers will work from home. The "producers"will move to FLA or TX. The various tax laws will cause the remainder not on the public dole to flee.

Upset NY can't fund the Metro area. Hopefully the wapa puertoricanas will move to Houston.
