Adding Contacts

I seem to be having difficulty returning to my browsing location, when adding a contact to my contact list, specifically while browsing, say independent reviews, I come across someone I want to add to my contact list.

The add contacts section seems to trap me in it's location and I end up backing up, and up and up or going back to HOME, in other words losing my place.

Isn't there away to return a person to their browsing location after adding a contact?
