They speak 'English' in Trinidad, but more like 'broken English'. Just like people in Louisiana speak 'broken french'. They speak creole,spanish,french etc etc.
It all depend on the areas(cities). I do speak french 'fluently' because I grew up in France.
I hope this will satisfy some people curiosity.
