Upstate New Posts Search

Is there a way to see the new posts for Upstate only, like the links for the main forum?

· Today's Posts

Go to the Upstate NY main page http://www.eccie.net/forumdisplay.php?f=466 and do an Advanced Search using "Search This Forum".

TY Jack, when I try that I get an error:

"Please specify some words or valid user names to search on. There were no matches for those that you specified."

no doubt due to leaving the keyword and user name fields blank....

I don't really want to do a search for anything specific, just like to see what got posted recently without having to click on each subforum

It might not be perfect, but doing a simple search with the ubiquitous keyword th* might be the next best thing.

I had tried that actually, with "and"... "th*" gives the same result

When you go to the forums for upstate new york, the dark colored round button that is in the first column are ones with new posts in them. The light colored round buttons are ones with posts that you already have read. I hope this helps.

I just used "Search This Forum", typed "th*" in the box, hit "Go", and it worked.

I will be sure to start alot of new threads from now on without using the letters "th" LOL
