Let's look at one New York gentleman; Ice Tea was a rapper and now he is an actor. He supports BLM and other liberal causes but he also believes in the right to be armed. He has a white, big-breasted wife and lives in a very nice part of the city. Do you think he will give up his guns? Or his right to protect his family or property? Just wait until the actuaries roll in to town driving their Prius's and brandishing their data models. You'll see some serious issues as they formulate the new insurance rates for those cities.

Does not matter what the actuaries compute - with only MS-13 to take the place of police forces - the cities will be uninsurable - no Insurance company can take that risk level.

There will be other forces to contend with. While I don't know much about what a Redneck Army might look like, I'm confident a few of their rules being similar to MS-13:

• We don't do rubber bullets
• We don't do warning shots
• We don't care about your feelings

But I do know that unintended consequences are utterly consequential
