I'm the same way-- I much prefer to just focus my attention on one person. I don't think I'd enjoy trying to please two men at the same time.

I had not seen the episode in question, but I did pick up on the satire. Unfortunately, satire does not always come across well in posts. When we see something out of character with the poster, we should always question what is being said. It just might not have the meaning you first suspect.
