If you are asking where you can post ads, sadly that is no longer allowed. You are allowed to post how you can be contacted (usually in a “signature” line) and introduce yourself by responding to threads in Coed and Sandbox discussions. The guys here are pretty enterprising and with just a little bit of information can often learn more about you with a little google searching.

Or they can contact you directly with questions.
