Ok so I just bought a new windows surface tablet and Im trying to get on eccie chat and it just gives me a white box....do I need to download something for it to work...any suggestions is greatly appreciated!

Does the browser on that thing have a Flash plug-in installed? The ECCIE Chat requires the Flash component to run.

You might see about downloading photon it's a browser that I had to download on my iPad to be able to enter eccie chat.

ECCIE chat seems to require flash. You may have to enable flash content (depending on your security settings).
