A few months ago, I create a review, and the provider wanted to show it in her profile. She asked me to help her, but I do not know how to do that? Can someone help me, please?

Use the 
icon that appears to the left of the review to report it to the Staff so they can make sure that it gets assigned to the provider.

I have always wondered why some reviews show up on a providers site. Mokoa are you telling me the provider picks and chooses which reviews come up on her profile page.

A provider can pick and choose up to five reviews she can link to in her showcase. A provider does not get to pick and choose which reviews show up under the Reviews tab in her profile.
