Is TER worth a look?

I've been on this board for awhile now and I really appreciate everyone's input. I was wondering if it was worth it to become a TER member? Some of the traveling providers have few or no reviews on this board and I thought TER might fill in the gap.

Depends. TER is big in certain parts of the country. There is a fuckter account on twitter that's worth following. Their scoring system is very unfair to providers based on what I have seen and heard.

I personally like this site much better than TER. I really have issues with their rating scale. It is terribly inconsistent. They will deduct points from your review if the provider doesn't perform certain tasks. But other providers also don't perform the same certain tasks and have no points deducted from their ratings.

I would suggest signing up for a free account and then write a review. You will receive 6 weeks of free VIP membership, which is like Premium Access on this site. I think it's 6 weeks. Maybe not quite that long. Whatever, it should be long enough for you to decide for yourself if you want to spend your hard earned money there or not.

You're right. My bad. It's now 30 days for 2 reviews and an extra 15 days for each additional review. That's a lot more stingy policy then they had when I first joined.

I am on TER...it is a great resource in some areas like KC/Texas...Iowa not so much

I use the reviews to legitimize providers more than rate them. This hobby is so subjective. It's a matter of personal taste. I've seen providers with glowing reviews I'd never see again. I've also seen providers with negative reviews that I liked. I believe there is such a thing as chemistry even in a fake world.
