5-4 conservative court and a general public that does not understand constitutionality and the law due to the ever degrading and easier to pass education system we have. The pressure on educators to pass every student possible is unbelievable.
The public will be outraged, but the Supreme Court is on the right side of the law in declaring it unconstitutional.
That is unless they are willing to set a new precedent and create a slippery slope that will chill the entire Internet into a near Ice Age.
