I don't know if any of you have noticed, but Google in their Search Site have a Guitar on it today.
At first, I thought it was just a static picture, but I accidentally touched and found out that the Guitar actually plays and I love it!
Does anyone know how to somehow keep the Guitar on my computer?

The thing is addictive and I can't stop playing it now!
Google will probably change it by tomorrow, but I'd like to keep it as my new toy!

I notice you can record what you play and it gives you a link for replay.

Wow! I know it sounds great, did not know you could also record on it.
Those guys at Google are like creative kids playing with new technology.
I would love to work there, but I understand that their recruitment is even tougher than Harvard.

I am still trying to find a way to download the Google Guitar doodle that actually works.
There are several sites that supposedly have "instructions", on how to do it, but they don't actually work. Other sites are just rip-offs.
If anyone does find a way to do it, please post a link to a legitimate download site.

A direct download of the Google Guitar doodle is supposedly not available at this time according to this site, but they promise to keep us advised of any progress in that direction.

Google has already reverted back to its standard Search site and it's not even midnight yet!
Damn! I was hoping to have downloaded the software before the ax fell, but it's not so simple a feat!
Anyway, it looks like the guitar doodle is still available on the link I posted in the previous post.
