Dr. Fox here to remind you to get your flu shot this season. Make sure you always keep your hands washed and if you feel you're coming down with something - it's okay to reschedule! This goes for providers too. I know Super Saver pharmacy is offering 30$ flu shots this season so head on in!

**The flu shot takes about two weeks before you're considered immunized, so it is best to get it ahead of time! I got mine today.

I've never gotten a flu shot, and I've never had the flu. I am thinking I need to look into the Shingle's shot as well as the pneumonia shot.
