Special Ice Cream Trucks?

Ok so there is an ice cream truck that comes by very late at night. Mostly around 9pm-9:30pm. I mentioned it to some friends and they said that it's for the parents who want "special products" like "special soda". Has anyone else heard about that? I'm a little stunned and not to pleased if it's true. (Staff Edit, JJ). Especially not disguised as an ice cream truck. Maybe I'm too uptight but it bugs me when things that are meant for (Staff Edit, JJ) or cause harm. Has anyone seen those trucks late at night?

Dealers seem to find more and more ways to hide in plain sight. I've seen people get busted for using school busses, ups trucks, flower delivery trucks etc.

Your ice cream guy seems like an amateur though. Because what isn't suspicious about ice cream being delivered late at night? Seems like their asking for the fuzz' attention.
