Stranger things have happened, some clients used to be very generous. You don't hear of so many instances like that these days.

So I'm guessing that you would accept it, and be happy to wear it!

I'll be the first to say I don't really like it. It reminds me of a plastic cereal box decoder ring. It's just too much, and overdone. I would be extremely touched if it were given me to, but I would probably sell it and buy something a little more toned down. The rest of the money would go to charity.

I feel like class and simple elegance with jewelry is really important, given the amount you're spending.

I wonder what size raw stone they had to start with, or is it a composite.

The reason I ask is the stone would have had to be about the size of a ping pong ball, I doubt if it was of any quality, (clarity and color), they would have wasted it on such a gimmick item.
I think the ring is gorgeous, BUT, i think it was a wasted project if you ask me! The ring is 150 carats and valued at seventy mill or bill and took 2 n half yrs to make, therefore, its lab created! Do you know how much america needs that money to rebuild our economy? Not only that but the royal family owns all copy rights to it because its their design so if anyone who has the money to purchase it would like to do so they must first go through the royal family and i highly doubt theyll let just anyone buy it!
It makes me think of the Flintstones lol
I'm sure there are SOME celebrities, royal family, or some other multi gazillionaire that would wear the ring in public, but not for long. It would go into a safe deposit box after the novelty wore off.
@Missy, I thought the very same thing when I first saw the pic!
Evidence of a broken society. This country disgusts me sometimes.
This country disgusts me also!....at least the people who run it do anyways

No information on quality of the stone itself. My bet is it is some shitty VVS1 or VVS2 if not lower and on a color of I or above.. If that ring was a IF with a color of E or below... Yeah be way much better.
