good evening gentlemen. I really want to tour san Antonio and or surrounding areas but I don't know where to start and not sure if id get a good response.

In a nutshell...medical center, airport area, stone oak (not as popular but really nice)
Avoid downtown or anywhere thats simply just "east" or "west"
