when is the best time to go to have the best looking girls,also when not to go?

After 11 pm is just a crapshoot.

IF you are able to be free to go, I would say the closer to opening the better. Say 9:00 am to 10:30 is probably when the ladies are the freshest at least during the week. Weekends, since many mongers wait till late to go and the spas are usually open later (in some cases all night unlike the regular week) Sunday especially may be a crapshoot. Just my opinion.
